Alisha: I’ve always wanted to go to Las Vegas.
Simon: I’ll take you there, I promise…
So these six beautiful ladies mean the world to me. Some have been there for years. Some have recently been added to my life. But they all have one thing in common. They all have a piece of my heart with them. I can be myself with them. I can tell them about my secrets. I can go to them and they won’t judge, neglect or intentionally hurt me. They all have a special place in my heart and I’m so honored to have them in my life.
IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER
Kristen
My love. My heart. My everything. Kristen knows it all. Some of the best days of my life have been shared with her. She’s always supported me and she’s never failed me. She’s always been there to give me her words of wisdom when I had no one else to go to. She knows what I went through because she went through the exact same thing. We are like two souls in one body. We have the same thoughts, the same ideas and we both have a free spirit. We want what we want and we won’t let anyone stop us. She’s such an inspiration to me and I could not have asked for anyone better. I love you, K Flowers.
Norma.
Norma and I have the most amazing story. We barely knew each other but something persuaded me to invite her to the movies with me to go see “My Sister’s Keeper”. We both cried our eyes out and had the greatest time. We’ve been inseparable since. We only recently got super close when she moved away to go to college. I think it made me realize what an amazing person I had in my life, but never really appreciated. She’s one of the most down to earth person I know and I know she would do anything for me. Words literally can’t express how much I love and care about her. She’s more than a friend to me. She’s like my other half. She just GETS me. She understands me like no one else does and she accepts me for who I am. I miss and think about her every day. I can’t wait until all of our Summer adventures. :)
Katherine.
I met Kat in my Bio class freshman year. She was the smartest person in class, so naturally, I cheated off of her on every test. She’s always been the sweetest and most understanding person in the world. I could tell her that I bombed a country and she wouldn’t judge me. She’s always open ears for anything I want to tell her and I know that I can trust her with my secrets. I call/text her in the middle of the night for photoshop help and the occasional drunk dial and she’s always at the other end as helpful and as caring as possible. She’s one of the most amazing people that I’ve ever known and I’m so honored to call her my best friend.
Ally.
Allison and I have been best friends since 8th grade. We’ve gone through first kisses, boyfriends, break ups, abuse, drugs, alcohol, family drama, diseases, attempted suicide and everything in between. We fight, we ignore, we love, and we hate, but we know that no matter what, we would always be there for each other if we ever needed it. We know that if it’s 4am in the morning and we needed help, we would call each other and we would do everything possible to help each other out. We’ve changed so much from the little girls that would drive around in circles around the block listening to Avenged Sevenfold. I could never build my life without having her be apart of it.
Jessica.
My little sister. my best friend. my help in time of need. I don’t think I could ever spend too much time with her. She’s always so loving and caring and I love her to death. I’ve never had a friend like her. A friend that makes me appreciate life and keeps me going. She respects my decisions and she supports the choices I’ve made for my life.I can do things with her that I can’t do with anyone else. She makes the worst situations turn into the best just by being there. She makes me want to be a better person and I can’t wait for all of the amazing things to come in our friendship in the future.
Sarah.
Out of everyone on this list, Sarah is definitely the newbie on the block. I only met her in January, but I always knew there was something special about her. She’s like a breath of fresh air. She inspires me to go after my dreams and not care about what people think about me. Even though she’s a little younger than me, she makes me want to grow to be more like her. She’s unlike anyone I’ve ever met, but I’m so grateful that I did meet her and get to know her. She speaks to my soul. We have some of the most interesting conversations about absolutely nothing. We had the weekend of a lifetime and since then, I’ve just been wanting a little more Sarah in my life. She’s one in a million and I’m so lucky to consider her one of my great friends. :)
So this mix is a little different. I like to call it my work out/driving/cleaning mix. Just a bunch of upbeat, fun songs that will definitely put you in a good mood. There are a so many different types of genre’s on here, I can’t even tell you. You might love some, you might hate some, but I love them all, and I hope you at least give them a shot. Whether you’re taking a road trip, cleaning out your closet, or working off that nutella sandwich you had, this mix should be able to help give your ears and ultimately your body a good set of songs to get pumped up! I hope you like it! :)

Here’s a list of songs that I compiled together for a friend. Songs that got me through the hard times, songs that eased me through the easy times; You could even go as far as saying they were the soundtrack to my life. They define me in every way. The good. The bad. The ugly. The beautiful. Completely different artists, but when put together tell the same story. Lyrics that speak my story with melodies that give it a soundtrack. I hope you guys enjoy it.
